Hopefully we are seeing light at the end of the tunnel and things getting back to normal for the summer.
However, the decision to re-postpone the Stroud Trails event until 2022, although has not been an easy one, it is the inevitable one.
After reviewing the governments lockdown roadmap, reading the England Athletics advice as well as considering many different options, e.g changing HQ venue/moving the Start/Finish area, holding the event over 2 days, only doing one distance and choosing to hold the event in the summer or even autumn. Sadly no option was ideal, so with disappointment the event will be planned for May 2022.
