The following conditions appply:  Your must have registered at least 7 days before the event date, which means the last day for a refund is 4 days before the event date.

Transfer to another runner up to 4 days before the event can be done and is free of charge, even if there is an unaffiliated/affiliated cost difference.

You need to use the contact form, to send the full name & email of the new participant.

A second transfer is not possible. 

If any monies are involved, this is between you, the original particpant and new participant only.

Deferment to the following year is possible up to 4 days before the event date. You, the participant must register for the new event within 60 days of registration opening and will get a 70% discount. An email will be sent to you with a discount code once the next years event opens for registration. You need to use the contact form to tell Iamoutdoors of your wish to defer You can only defer once

Transfer to another Iamoutdoors event is at Iamoutdoors discretion and only to events that are currently open for registration. This must be done at least 4 days before the original event date

Please use the contact form to tell us about your preferred transfer. You will be sent an email with a discount code equivalent to 70% of the original event fee, which will hve an expiry date. If the discount code doesn’t cover the full new event fee, then you must pay the difference. If the discounted amounted is more then the new entry fee, no change will be given.

THIS ONLY APPLIES TO THE STROUD TRAILS EVENT Upgrades/Downgrades are possible at the Stroud Trails only up to 4 days before the event.  This also depends on spaces being available as the medals/ribbons vary per event distance. You, the particiapnt should let us know of your change, via the contact form.

Upgrades incur the cost difference between original and the new event.  Downgrade cost differences are non-refundable.  Iamoutdoors will collect the increase in fee directly
