So happy new year, welcome back to running and yes it’s another misty, foggy and muddy run. So that’s great news then.
This week the run took us out of Nailsworth, through Ruskin Mill and the Trout Farm to Washpool, Hartley Bridge at Hay Lane and out into Kingscote Woods. A gradual climb up to Binley Farm and a steeper ascent to Kingscote Village at 203m also the highest point of the run.
Now returning back towards Nailsworth, past Hazlecote Farm, through Wickley Woods and to Washpool, crossing the route from earlier. A short climb up to, followed but descent to Downend, then brings to the final hill of the day, up to Rockness and down in to Nailsworth.
Happy New Year, hope you all achieve your 2015 running goals
