Stroud Trail Ultra 40

This Ultra 40 distance of the Stroud Trails event starts with a 15 mile loop taking in Bisley, Oakridge, Sapperton & Chalford Valley, and returning to the start/finish area. Then the marathon route follows. This does involve repeating the first 3 miles of the ultra again, but as it's so beautiful you will be thankful for a second glance

  • Start Time: 6am

    Race bibs can be collected from 5am at Race HQ
    Race briefing will be 15mins before the start inside the school hall

  • Where: Great Park, Minchinhampton

    Race HQ is Minchinhampton Academy
    Start & Finish is the Great Park on the common at the back of school

  • Entry Fee: £53

    There is an additional £2 for unaffiliated runners

  • Min age: 18yrs

  • Registration closes: 8th May 2024

  • Cut-off times

    There are 2 cutoff times to be aware of.

    1. Checkpoint 7 must be reached by 13:00hrs (7 hours) at 24.7 miles

    2. The overall cutoff time for this event is 12 hours, however someone will be at the finish line until the last person has finished with your medal.

    There is no specific car park for this event. There are 30 spaces at the school, but the rest of parking is street parking. Please check the map.
